It goes via a TECA document committee for agreement then gets upload as the latest approved documents on the TECA file system (there is only one,) website: essexca.live link. links to that file system.

An example of a change:- we now have our own recording secretaries to save using expensive Notaries. This requires all re-conveyance documents to have different sealing and autographing pages, compared to do it all yourself by hand or mail merge
