FAQ 057. My Documents have been accepted by global But I have no AFD in my account. What do I do?

A.- Confirm that you have uploaded all of the required documents. Two witness testimonials and declaration, passport quality photo, good quality photo of right thumbprint in red ink, proof of address, and, photo of passport or driving licence.

B.- All of the above need to be flagged as  'accepted'

C.- If any of your uploaded items are not accepted, then action is required to remedy the situation.

D.-Your AFD Master Account should show zero balance

E.- If your AFD Master Account does not show zero balance wait up to 2 weeks:, then contact by email: [email protected]
 

Only then  if all the above has been checked contact
