FAQ 057. My Documents have been accepted by global But I have no AFD in my account. What do I do?

A.- Confirm that you have uploaded all of the required documents.

A1) Declaration of English National Political Status- Click here  (Click here for PDF)

A2) Witness Testimony Status- Click here (Click here for PDF)

Plus 

A3) 'passport quality' photo,

A4 ) good quality photo of right thumbprint in red ink,

A5) proof of address, (utility bill),

A6) photo of passport or driving licence.

B.- All of the above need to be flagged as  'accepted'

C.- If any of your uploaded items are not accepted, then action is required to remedy the situation.

D.-Your AFD Master Account should show zero balance

E.- If your AFD Master Account does not show zero balance wait up to 2 weeks:, then contact by email: [email protected]
 

Only then  if all the above has been checked contact

there are I weeks new profile still awaiting to be approved.
No password will be send until the profile is created.
This may take up  2 weeks before people receive a password.
