No, you actually contact the assembly coordinator in the new area that you have relocated to. To advise them you've moved into the area.

A year and a day later, you can formally join that assembly. At which time they can go to Global family group to confirm that your documents have been uploaded there and that they are proper. They can also contact your former assembly coordinator and ask for confirmation of the same
B) County
If you move county within England you need to:
Inform the Coordinator or assembly recording secretary of our move.
Live for 1 year and a day on the county soil with evidence of doing so before being nominated and elected as an Official.
