FAQ 061 Unknown father for the Baby Land Deed. What to-do?
Jun 10, 2025Answer 061
Yes it's very simple.
Just change the page to mention the mother's name.
And you can put a statement in there about paternity" is not known" or verified.
Just simply make the document your own.
:) you could even state that the son or daughter was raised by the mother. Use her address, and not mention who fathered the son or daughter
Note : The Baby Deed of Land Recording is to help new parents and put an end to the "salvaging" of English babies by these corporate vermin. Simply have a Third Party -- grandparent, uncle, family friend--- do the notarisation and record the Baby Deed as another Extension of the Father's Deed of Re-Conveyance. If the Father refuses to claim his Trade Name and Estate, or is dead or disabled, the Baby Deed can be attached to the Mother's Deed of Re-Conveyance.
