So anything can be passed/gifted.
To anyone on land and soil
So, Wonder of its required?
Can pass anything onto anyone on 'land and soil jurisdiction.'
Not to any others in other jurisdictions.
If individuals are reconveyed do they need more prepaid credit?
Need to ensure paperwork not written on/in wrong jurisdiction...
