Re 528 One Page Declaration
The form requires three witnesses to all be present at the same time.
The first witness is called a Testimony Witness. They confirm that they have known the person correcting their political for two or more years( idealy 7 )and affirm this, with their autograph, which is made in legible joined up writing.
To give robust legal weight to the Testimony Witness’s autograph,
the other two witnesses each verify and authenticate that the document was properly autographed in their presence and affirm this, with their autographs, again in legible joined up writing.
Note: 3 as in tribunal and as with 'rule of 3' see faq 043
