Your Local Council – Send property reconveyance paperwork for them to have on record. If renting, ye can send them a ‘Do not Trespass Notice’

- Hand write to/ addresses and your sender address (note recommended format) etc
- write in RED date posted underneath Foreign office of origin pre-paid

What To Do Once Your Documents Have Been Completed

Check documents thoroughly for errors and advise of any amendments that need to be made.

Get a minimum of two copies autographed by either Notary, Recording Secretary, or Three Witnesses.

Take copies of the autographed documents to send to the Foreign Secretary, Attorney General, and anyone else you would like to send them to.

Right the following on each document copy in red on the right hand corner. The # number is unique to each set of documents and represents the number of certified copies you have produced.

Record the following information on a spreadsheet/in a book:
Certified Copy number
Who it’s sent to
Date of correspondence
Recorded/Signed For/Special Delivery number assigned to documents (see above)

Write/type the recorded/signed for/special delivery number on each document.

Take a photo/copy of documents and envelope before sending.

Once sent, get a copy of the proof of delivery and keep with the copies.

Send an original/certified copy of the documents to yourself via recorded/signed for/special delivery. Do not open on receipt. Keep safe incase you find yourself in a situation which requires a judge/justice of the maritime/air courts to open it.

Create a Global Family Group (GFG) account. See separate instructions.

Once the account has been created upload the following documents on to it. See separate instructions.
2 x Witness Testimony and Identity documents
Declaration of Political Status Correction
Utility Bill or other form of address confirmation
Passport or photo driving licence
Thumbprint, not autographed over
These are the minimum documents required to get a GFG bank account.

Other documents, including the 928 pack and Fee Schedule, can be added later. It is a good idea to have them recorded here as proof that they have been completed and for safe keeping.

Place an advert stating your re-conveyance/conveyance in the local paper for your area or on village/town notice boards. This needs to be done three times over the space of ninety days. A advert template will be sent with these instructions. or use TECA.live website notices
You have now completed the basics and are ready to participate in your County Assemblies.
