FAQ 085 Re-Conveyed vs Conveyed. Re-Conveyed (Born County) or Conveyed Whats the difference?
Sep 11, 2025Answer 085 (Adopted County = the county that your naturalisation ceremony was conducted).
( example if you are driving a car from one place to another A-to B you are “conveying to position B” If you then decide to re-convey that would place you back at the starting point of your journey at “A” - ie analogy “Your birth county was your starting point on entry to this world before the birth was registered you were on land jurisdiction and once your parents registered your birth you changed (ie conveyed your) jurisdiction to Maritime Jurisdiction ” = UK slave of the state Citizen!
Alternatively it could be reasoned that if you are born in another country; Your “adopted county and country” is where you are now domiciled and where your “naturalisation ceremony” is now happening- during this process of filing on to the public records these documents of intent to the Foreign secretary therefore you are “conveying” to the land jurisdiction where you now are domiciled
