Answer 083
A majority vote represents 67% or more in attendance in favour with a 'Yeh' vote .
Abstentions and' Neys' should be noted.
A record of votes should be held by the general assembly .for each county or if federation, secretary of federation.
Notes
Proxy Votes have fixed time limits . and to include other eligible individuals to be given a choice /chance to be nominated and voted for especially for official positions .

Who can Vote on TECA?
For voting during meetings and discussions and for election/affirmation of roles for the 4 pillars;
Only individuals that have re-conveyed onto the land soil (changed their political status) can vote on TECA .
Those that have not completed their paperwork can not vote (but can observe.)
It is recommended that if holding role on TECA you should have your full 928 pack.
