FAQ 086 why do I post a copy of my 528s and 928s to neighbour or indeed my self , not just by hand ?
Sep 15, 2025question, if you live near to your family could you not just give them a copy of your original docs (much safer option) or do they have to be kept unopened ?
Answer 086
its safer, more secure and proof in a court of law if dragged before a admiralty court
By going via the postal system it has
- a tracking number and
- a receipt
- proof of delivery .
so if it remains un-opened should it ever be needed and proof you have not just made up the documentation you could open to court jury and judge it is proof its original.
If you need to add further documents you repeat the procedure otherwise it may be thought you are tampering with the documents.
note 1; you send to a neighbour
etc and to yourself should your documentation be lost, by one or the other you still have an original as proof of your claim to be a sovereign individual .note 2 . Hand post can be considered 'junk mail.'(as when a bailiff leaves a hand written note etc.
sending a full self certified 928 pack to a family pack to another family member in case the originals go missing is the correct procedure
