I have passport in my deed-poll new name, but the status correction change is all in my born name ?
Upload the passport copy before you changed name.
BTW you reclaim all those names in the documentation .
I have an out of date passport?
The old passport is still ID so all good to upload.
The corner of my passport has been cut off?
Still good to upload for ID .
Can I use driving licence for GFG id? .YES

So going back to 'TECA " paperwork . Use original birth certificate name . (you will upload a copy of that birth certificate to gfg and send foreign secretary etc)
You will formally claim all you past names if and when you do your 928 the document is called 'Certificate of Assumed Name'
