we are sovereign in the real free world of the land and soil jurisdiction. you can pass anything on no document required.
One would assume you are not trying to pass on to those that have not reconveyed..
my thoughts are thats a requirement but if a trust, your assets are in the trust, they can re convey or convey to be be able to have what you wish them to receive,
being on land and soil better than just money?
