Answer  090 You have a valid UK passport so the question is, do I need to complete the Universal Public Declaration of Political Status? If yes, there is no need to fill in universal declaration as you have 'rite' to stay . just normal 528  Declaration of English National Political Status- & the 2 Witness Testimony Status

found

Note, if living in Scotland (or any other country) and you wish to claim'self declared sovereignty' paper work for your nation , you will have to be make similar to that of England based on history of that nation, Then a notice of a lawful claim  for Scotland (or any other country ) can be made, (see link below)

Anna Von Reitz did approve Rik Parris's, great paperwork on England .

Notes to look up your county if unsure.

It is important to note, at this point, that our Historic Counties are fundamentally different from either Administrative or Ceremonial Counties and exist entirely within the Law of the Land. Making this distinction is essential to ensuring your return to the actual, factual Land and Soil of the English Counties and we ask that you check your postcode using https://wikishire.co.uk/lookup/ to confirm your location with regards to our Historic County Boundaries.

You are looking for your HISTORIC county.
