It says contact Administrator - Global Family Group (gfg)
What do I do?
Please note for the future;
If your attempt to log in 3 times you get locked out of your account.
Its imperative to take great care with your user name and password and do not make errors.
Our advice is;
1) if you are not logged in on your second attempt you wait 24 hours before trying again.
or
2) Click 'forget password' you will be emailed to reset your password.

Please now contact global family use [email protected] with message you have been blocked as you inputted your information incorrectly, please can you assist with a reset password email.? and they will send an reset password this may take 2 to 3 weeks
