FAQ 102: Why is the 'American Government' led by a hereditary 'Head of State' and not by an elected President?

Belle Cher is the "Hereditary" bloodline. As in Belcher.
Do others have the time to investigate the Belcher (Belle Cher) bloodline?
The Assemblies are created by the people of the Land & Soil Jurisdiction, the roles being flled by those who are proposed, seconded, have been vetted and then voted in, presumably on merit. (Do we now also need to find someone in England who is of the Belle Cher bloodline?). There has been no mention of this in any of the roles lists that I have seen.
But the question is "Why is the 'American Government' led by a hereditary 'Head of State?". I thought that the 'original' America was based on a Republic structure and that they wanted to get away from bloodlines etc.
I also thought that the meeting/government that was vacated (March 27, 1861) was being chaired by the then President, who was about the 15th or 16th President since Washington: List of presidents of the United States - Wikipedia

We have made/are making the lawful claim for England . see thread.below, It being ceded by anyone we are claiming as its vacant currently or perhaps lawful claims are made and we need to stand with those claims. Its correct the 'legal' has no claim on England neither to 'French barons.'
Further I feel the heads of the 4 pillars of the federation (who 'gain respect' and act as fiduciaries by the fact/lawful process, they are affirmed by the 39 counties)
and 3 knowledgeable fiduciaries (currently David A, Rik, Stephen, Geoff, ) As per first meeting of the English federation.

Anna Von Reitz has pointed out the fraud its up to us to use information that's been found by research and change to a lawful system .
Its not dependent on one person .
