Reference this question on page 21 of the coordinators hand book it explains ;

 

Cancellation of Prior Powers of Attorney
The “Cancellation of All Prior Powers of Attorney” will cancel and remove any presumption of
any and all prior Powers of Attorney that you knowingly or unknowingly signed. We are
removing all prior powers of attorney going all the way back to the date of birth. That goes for
all legal names used whether granted or presumed. If you've signed a contract, there could be
somewhere in there written a clause where POA is given. It could have been mortgage or other
contract where you had no idea all the legalese happening and when you signed, you granted
them power of attorney. These are the things you're revoking. The Cancellation of all Prior
Powers of Attorney should be created for each of the legal names used.
Ensures that the CORPORATION(S) do not have any Powers of Attorneys tucked in their back
pockets to be used against you.
If you have multiple previous names and legal proof of a name change, then you should do one
document for each of those names and autograph using the name on the document, if no legal
proof of name changes, then they may all be included on a single document and autographed
using your current legal name.
ONE Cancellation of All Prior Powers of Attorney will be required for each legal name change
and is linked to the number of SETS of Acts of Expatriation that were completed.
ONE SET of Acts of Expatriation – ONE Cancellation of All Prior Powers of Attorney
TWO SETs of Acts of Expatriation – TWO Cancellations of All Prior Powers of Attorney
THREE SETs of Acts of Expatriation – THREE Cancellations of All Prior Powers of Attorney
Etc...
If you wish to exclude any individual Powers of Attorney – such as powers of attorney over a
loved one for financial/medical purposes etc. - then they may be excluded from this
cancellation with the following line; “except for the Financial/Medical Power of Attorney with
Frank Henry Bloggs”.
The document should be autographed in BLUE CURSIVE using the legal name, or the name on
the document if doing multiple versions and sealed with a RED THUMBPRINT. No “all rights
reserved”, no “without prejudice”.

 

Note; if you cancel them all with this document, you can make others in the living world the day after the most important action is to take it away from the admiralty /corporate state .
