- Green overseas signed for delivery labels
- Tax pay 5 pence stamp .(must be 2 pence or more)
- Hand write to/ addresses and your sender address (note recommended format) etc
- Autograph the stamp at top left to bottom right (not shown on example )
- write in RED 'date posted' underneath Foreign office of origin pre-paid

Before ordering your stamp, your should have the impression (see photos below) in jpeg or jpg format already saved in your computer.
Ordering your stamp
1 Go to https://www.stampsdirect.co.uk/shiny-self-inking-stamp-r542.html
2 Scroll down to ‘Choose file.’
3 Choose one of the following images below and upload the jpeg/jpg to the website.
4 Scroll down to ‘Ink pad colour.’
5 Select ‘red,’ from the drop down list.
6 Scroll down to ‘Quantity.’
7 Select the required quantity you wish to order.
8 Click on ‘Add to basket.’
9 Check the items in your shopping basket are correct.
10 Complete the banking details.
11 Press Continue to checkout.
Fill in the email address, name and delivery address details.
12 Select shipping method ‘Tracked 24’
13 Press ‘Next’
14 Select payment method.
15 Type in payment card details and press place order.
16 When payment has been successfully processed, a proof of payment receipt will arrive at your email address.
