FAQ 118 How to deal with blank pages on documents ?

The idea is to stop documents being altered or tampered with to change their meaning  after being witnessed,

All blank pages ideally  should be cancelled by putting the words 'blank page' (Ink colour as you prefer ) 

The words go in large script diagonally across the page bottom left to top right (as when drawing a sword, to stand firm and defend yourself).

Between 2 parallel lines also on the diagonal.

the DLR number Deed of land recording Number  should be written or printed on the top right  of the blank page also. This will be written/printed  across the pages at the top right in red ink . 

(if documents are printed both sides this saves a lot of blank pages, but all ways are good)
