Answer 076 The whole enactment of ‘incorporation’ via a birth certificate is the use of words! If you refer to it as birth/berth, then you put yourself in that jurisdiction (sea) however, being ‘born’ and having a ‘bornday’ rather than a birthday is what sets us apart from the corporate entity! We can lawfully use the day we were ‘born’, as long as we strictly refer to it as such! It’s the Legalese that defines these things!
