Mar 28, 2025Recording: This is the act of witnessing someone autograph their documents. When a Recording Secretary does this it is called Recording.
When a Public Notary or Notary Public does this it is called Notarising.
Good news TECA now has affirmed recording secretaries.
TECA now has affirmed International notarial Witness & recording secretary's.
How does this help?
1) This work saves using a public notary and their high charges
2) It means that when you come to hold office the paperwork that is on the cover sheet would not need to be represented.
3) You have then a unique Deed of Land Recording number. DLR #
(which is the unique special delivery label or signed for label number that's used to send your documents to the foreign secretary from the post office ) using this means your documents are recorded and noted by the postal system court of record.
All the documents have official seals. either recording secretary and the international notarial witness as appropriate .
The recording secretory will hold a copy of the cover sheet listing all the document witnessed with the DLR number
Is there a charge for this service? Yes .
Its by donation and currently agreed by the TECA coordinators that its £5.00 pounds per document
Plus postal charges if applicable.

County Recording Secretary Seals can only be used once the County Assembly has elected/affirmed a Recording Secretary to use them.
The only people eligible for election to such an office are those who have completed their 928 document package.
Any mis-use of the seals carries a heavy penalty, including being removed from the global family prosperity scheme.
Once lawful courts are set up in each county this type of offence would come before the lawful land and soil court system.
