Answer FAQ 079

Note:
if your documents are witnessed by recording secretary then there is a tracking number on  all of those documents , put on at the time of notarising,

This  it makes an official record .Its then called a 'Deed of Land recording number'  (DLR)

 You then certify those copies of the original witnessed by a recording secretary .

This number is the one that goes with the 'self certified' copy to the Foreign secretary.

(see FAQ 081 &  faq 065 )

==========================================================

If 3 witnessing them etc you only use a tracking number on your cover sheet.

To foreign Secretary et al.

Note the numbers you use and keep a record.

Do not forget to send a copy to friend and to yourself and leave unopened.

You will need other copies for carrying with you whilst travelling and in a conveyance etc.
